Typical Questions and Concerns From Clients

Our FAQs

Alta Vida Globos has answered the most commonly asked questions about the party supplies we offer in Malaga, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Marbella, Fuengirola, and Estapona in Costa del Sol. For further questions and concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

“How long will my balloons float?”

This will depend on the balloon. The average 11” latex balloon will float for around 6 to 8 hours. If the balloon is treated, this will effectively keep the balloon floating for a day or two. Foil balloons are different; they hold the helium longer and can last up to a couple of weeks.

“Will my item be set up on time?”

Timings are always different for each job we do. Some venues only allow access up to 1 hour before the event. This can be a bit of a worry to a customer who is having a large wall or another large creation. In these cases where we have limited time at a venue, we always pre-inflate, treat, and bag the balloons. This way, we can immediately construct an item/sculpture upon arriving at a venue.

“My recently purchased large foil helium balloon has started going down. Why?”

Helium shrinks and expands with the temperature. Once you step out in the cold, your fully inflated foil balloon will shrivel slightly as helium loses volume. No need to worry though, because as soon as you walk back into a building or room with an average temperature, the balloon will magically inflate itself again.
